Climate Change affects ability to predict monsoons?

Some scientists are suggesting that global warming, or climate change, could possibly make monsoons more unpredictable. Here's why: they have noticed that the amount of average rainfall has increased, raising the concern in India and surrounding countries for floods and other natural disasters that could occur because of the rise in rainfall. But, in recent years, they are blaming climate change for drastic changes in monsoons and the amount of rain that they create. These changes are causing either more droughts, or more deadly floods - even changes in amounts of diseases. The people of India are learning to live with these changes, and they are failing to realize that this could be the start of a serious problem relating to climate change, according to an article on www.ipsnews.net.
